Closure of Veterans’ Affairs New Zealand - Christmas/New Year 2010/2011

Veterans' Affairs New Zealand will close for the Christmas/New Year 2010/2011 holiday period; from midday on Friday 24 December 2010; reopening for business on Wednesday 5 January 2011.
As a result, the fortnightly payment of the War Disablement Pension and the Surviving Spouse Pension due on 4 January 2011 will now be made a week earlier on 29 December 2010.
