The NZDF Archives Section of the New Zealand Defence Force is located at Trentham Camp. The Section maintains and holds personal files for discharged Navy, Army and Air Force personnel who have served with the New Zealand Armed Forces since the South African (Boer) War to the present time. War Pension Services in Hamilton will access Service records as a fundamental part of the War Disablement Pension application process, for those veterans who are intending to lodge a claim for a War Disablement Pension.
