War Disablement Pension Application Forms
The revised VANZ 1 - Applying for a War Disablement Pension for the First Time and VANZ 2 - Reassessment of Accepted Disabilities and Application for New Conditions forms which were released in August 2010, have recently been reviewed. These two forms have provided significantly improved information to enable claims to be processed more effectively.
As with all forms, it is necessary to review them on an ongoing basis to ensure they meet the purpose for which they are intended. Following consultation with the Returned Services Association and other users of these two forms, minor changes to parts of them have been made. VANZ appreciates the feedback that has been received - the revised forms are noted July 11 in the footer and are available on the VANZ website (www.veteransaffairs.mil.nz) from 1 August 2011. Printed copies will be made available on request.
