Bay of Plenty Veterans' Support Forum

The main Veterans’ forum will take place on Wednesday 14 October at the Lion Foundation Centre (3 Court), Mercury Baypark.

At this event you can, meet with staff from across Veterans’ Affairs and other veteran support and community organisations.

If you’re unable to make it on Wednesday, but would like to meet with Veterans’ Affairs staff we can catch-up the night before, Tuesday 13 October between 7:00pm 9:00pm, at the same venue. 

Both events are free to attend and is an opportunity for New Zealand veterans, their families and whānau to meet with staff from Veterans' Affairs to discuss entitlements and other support options.

If you know of a veteran who might not be online or a bit out of touch with the support that might be available to them, please encourage them to come along too. We want to ensure all eligible veterans are receiving all the support they're entitled to.

Meet with Veterans’ Affairs staff

At the Bay of Plenty Region Veterans' Support Forum you can speak with staff from across Veterans’ Affairs. They will be wearing red lanyards or head to the Veterans’ Affairs area to talk to us.

• Viet Nam Veterans and their Families Trust
• Force Financial Hub

How to register

1. Click on the blue 'register here' sections within this page
2. At the top of page that opens, click select 'check availability'
3. Select which of the session you wish to register for
4. Add the number of people attending
5. Fill in your details
6. Click register
7. Then confirm your details and add details of anyone attending with you
8. Then click complete order
9. Once you have completed these steps, your tickets will be emailed to you.
