Minor changes to six Statements of Principles, 12 March 2026

On 12 March 2026, minor changes were made under section 24 of the Veterans’ Support Act 2014 to:

• both Statements of Principles for sensorineural hearing loss
• both Statements of Principles for suicide and attempted suicide
• both Statements of Principles for inguinal hernia.

Minor amendment Statements of Principles 75/2025 and 76/2025 for sensorineural hearing loss have been compiled with the principal Statements of Principles for this condition 98/2019 and 99/2019.
 
Minor amendment Statements of Principles 77/2025 and 78/2025 for suicide and attempted suicide have been compiled with the principal Statements of Principles for this condition 39/2025 and 40/2025.
 
Minor amendment Statements of Principles 79/2025 and 80/2025 for inguinal hernia have been compiled with the principal Statements of Principles for this condition 47/2021 and 48/2021.
 
Gazette notice number 2026-sl834 specifies that the changes now apply under the Veterans’ Support Act 2014.
